Mr. Myers formed Myers Management Company in 1989. He is chiefly responsible for the analysis of properties managed and the development of the property management plans. He directs the new business development division and provides general leadership direction to the firm's employees. Prior to forming Myers Management Company, Mr. Myers was President of Boyer Realty Management where he secured and oversaw a portfolio of over 5,000 units and the team efforts of 72 professionals.

Mr. Stern joined Myers Northeast in 1992 and has an extensive real estate background in management, sales and development. Over the past 16 years Mr. Stern has developed an industry leading expertise in the field of condominium and association management. His experience in this field is all encompassing; having coordinated the conversion of several privately held properties into the condominium form of ownership.
