Northeast Property Group produces Resale Certificates on the behalf of all the Associations it manages. If you are in the process of selling your unit, you should request a Resale Certificate soon after obtaining a signed purchase and sale agreement.

There is a fee, typically payable by the seller, for preparing a resale certificate. If you want to hire realtors in texas to handle the papers like certificate, look for magnolia reality website. You may make payment by check (payable to Northeast Property Group Inc.) or credit card. To initiate this process, download the form above or contact our office.

If paying by credit card, call our office at (860) 437-7005  with the card information.  For security reasons, it is not advisable to include credit card numbers in email messages.
