This is the “set it and forget it” way to pay your association fees. If you would like to remit your monthly association fee automatically, please download and complete our auto ACH debit form from the link above. You will receive notification once you have been set up, after which you can cease remitting checks thereafter. Please call if you have any questions.
E-Check is the one-time authorization of an electronic debit of your account. As long as your Association banks with CIT (formerly CA Banc), you can make an electronic payment that has all the advantages of ACH except that it needs to be manually entered each month.To make an E-Check payment, visit PROPERTY PAY CIT. Click on “By E-Check” at the top of the lower right and you enter your information. You will need your coupon for certain information.
To use a Visa®, Mastercard®, Discover® or American Express® credit card or electronic bank checks to pay your regular monthly/quarterly/annual assessments or one time additional/special assessments, please go to CIT Bank and click on the Association Banking tab. Bank fees will apply for credit card transactions.
