Resource Center – We’re In This Together
Information and links to support your community during the COVID-19 crisis.
On behalf of the staff at Northeast Property Group, we would like to offer a brief update on how Covid-19 is impacting the property management services you receive and the steps we are taking. As the virus increasingly impacts our communities, we are adapting our business practices to ensure a continued high-level of property management services. We are reviewing information daily from reliable sources like the CDC to ensure the decisions we make prioritize the safety and health of residents, staff and the vendors who provide service to our communities. After careful consideration, effective March 16, please be informed of the following precautionary actions:
- The Northeast Property Group office will remain open for all staff but is closed to the public until further notice. Please call or email with any questions or concerns and we will make every effort to handle them promptly. General inquiries can be emailed to email@example.com and they will be responded to in the order they are received. Payments may still be delivered to our office via the lockbox located to the left of our entrance door, but we highly encourage electronic payments.
- We are offering web and teleconferencing options at no additional charge to host all Association meetings. This service allows Board Members and residents to attend meetings remotely. With the Web Conferencing option, participants can experience live video feeds, screen sharing, and reliable voice connections. Several clients have already used this option and gave high praise to the effectiveness of the meeting.
- Our maintenance department will continue performing building repairs, but interior unit work will be for emergencies only and at the discretion of our staff. If you have been diagnosed with Covid-19 or are self-quarantining, be sure to inform staff prior to entry so that we may take the necessary added precautions.
- If office closure becomes necessary, we will send out an updated communication. We are proactively training staff to perform some tasks remotely but be prepared for longer than normal response times on certain services. Emergencies will of course take priority.
We understand that the coronavirus is a cause for concern and as your fellow neighbors in these affected communities, we are taking the matter seriously by staying informed. Northeast Property Group has a long history of adapting and working through various natural disasters and we are relying on this experience and preparedness to ensure the highest level of services possible while safeguarding our staff and residents. We will continue to provide updates as needed and will also maintain information on our website at www.neproperty.com
