Northeast Property Group is a Connecticut full-service real estate founded in 1990. We are actively involved in the management, maintenance and brokerage of real estate located throughout Connecticut and Rhode Island, with a special focus on commercial, HOA and apartment management and brokerage.

We count among our numerous clients many of New England and the world’s leading financial institutions, condominium associations, investor owners, federal, state and local agencies and authorities, as well as institutional asset managers. As a member of many respected organizations in the real estate industry, including IREM, CAI, NAR, ECAR, and SIOR, we place a strong emphasis on both experience and education in real estate through our corporate culture and by frequently attending seminars, training programs and continuing education courses.

Founded by George Myers, CPM© as Myers Northeast Management in March of 1990, the company was later renamed Northeast Property Group, Inc. in 2003 after a partnership was formed between George and broker Daniel Barber, SIOR© in Connecticut. The name change reflects the broader range of services that this partnership created.

Since our inception, the goal has been to understand our client’s needs, concerns and expectations and deliver high quality, personalized real estate solutions. Our firm is different because we are comprised of an affiliation of Real Estate Brokerage and Property Management service providers. With our thorough knowledge of the local Connecticut market, we are able to service our existing relationships within the community and also develop new ones with anyone looking to enter it.

Chris Myers
Chris MyersManaging Partner
Chris joined Northeast Property Group, Inc. full time in 2002 following his graduation from the University of CT school of business. He directs business development and manages the company’s information technology needs in addition to managing his real estate portfolio. Mr. Myers understands the unique challenges each community faces and strives to develop the trust on which long-term professional relationships are built. Mr. Myers resides with his wife Jasmine and 2 children in Stonington, CT.
Eric Myers
Eric MyersManaging Partner
Eric returned to CT in March of 2014 to join Northeast Property Group following a successful 10-year career in FL and VA as a professional golf instructor and General Manager in the private club and golfing industry. Eric specializes in financial management and repositioning properties in the market to attract new clientele and raise revenues. Eric manages over 400 units and 210,000 s/f of commercial space while serving as Controller for the company.
George Myers

Mr. Myers is the founder of Northeast Property Group Inc., and is chiefly responsible for the analysis of properties managed and the development of the property management plans. He is a Certified Property Manager (CPM) and is the former President of the Institute of Real Estate Management’s New England Chapter.
Daniel G. Barber

Daniel Barber is a seasoned Real Estate Consultant and Advisor with over 40 years of comprehensive experience spanning disciplines of brokerage, development, investment analysis, property management and strategic advisory services.

Dan has represented and corresponded with many high profile Corporate and Institutional clients and Law firms throughout several significant market cycles and financial crisis events throughout his career. These experiences in upward trending markets as well as troubled ones have provided Dan with an insight into the nuances of property ownership or occupation from several perspectives.

Dan successfully completed extensive and advanced studies in specialized areas of the Commercial Real Estate field offered by the Commercial Investment Real Estate Institute of Chicago, Illinois and the Society of Industrial and Office Realtors to include financial analysis, commercial brokerage, market analysis, tax planning, marketing, valuation, development, decision analysis and negotiation techniques. As a Developer, he has seen firsthand complications of entitlement, financing and market forecasting.

Current consulting assignments include an historic Commercial Property Receivership in the State of CT Superior Court with a possible first-time transfer of Real Estate by a Receiver’s Deed in the state pursuant to the recently enacted Uniform Commercial Real Estate Receivership Act. (UCRERA)

Northeast Property Group, founded by George Myers who pioneered Real Estate Receiverships in CT as a Certified Property Manager, has developed a niche specialty and has been regularly engaged in numerous Superior Court ordered interventions between Lenders and Borrowers.
