I retired and moved to Clark's Hollow Condominium in Niantic CT. a little over 2 years ago. Lori Moore and Northeast Properties are our management company. I just recently joined the board. Lori has been extremely responsive to every request we make. You could not ask for a better person to work with. She attends all our meeting, coordinates contractors follows up on work done and our satisfaction with the that work. During the COVID Quarantine period she has organized and set in place "Go To Meetings" so we could work throughout the pandemic without a hiccup. I highly recommend Lori and Northeast and think it would be difficult to find someone better, more cheerful or responsive to all our needs.

Serving as the Vice President of my condo association I work hand in hand with one of the property managers, Kristin A. Pettazzoni, and she has been fantastic. Constantly looking out for what is best for our association, she has saved us money (In the thousands) and repeatedly been reliable at all hours of the day when we needed her. Kristin is a tireless worker and her attention to detail is second to none. As long as she’s involved as a property manager I know we’ll be in good hands. Highly recommended.

I would give Northeast Property Group and the condo manager, Lorie Moore, a A1 rating. Lorie is always on tap to give help in solving issues we may have.

I can't believe some of these negative reviews. I've experienced several property managers at other companies in CT and these ladies and gents are one of the best. Their price is right, they are knowledgeable and I just have to laugh at the idea that someone here said they throw garbage on the grounds. Here's the deal- if you want a property management company that is staffed with more than 1 person and has been around the block a few times, the choice is obvious. I've never experienced anything but professionalism, a willingness to help and quick action. You will get what you pay for so buyer beware of these other guys who lack the experience or staff that Chris and NPG has.
