This is a level of professionalism and responsiveness I'm not use to.       Our new management company, Northeast Properties, is doing well so far. I've received better communication, seen more responsiveness to issues around the property and now have a website to pay the monthly bill. The cost is a dollar or so more but worth it in my book.

      I have lived in a complex managed by Northeast Property Group for close to 25 years. The owner George has been our manager for as long as I remember. The property is well maintained for its age and during my time here, I can tell you the problems never really change, just the people do. I feel the property group has done an admirable job managing these elements and has the best interest in the community at heart. There are others out there that probably do as well, but no question George has had success over the long haul by being consistently professional and responsive, and for that I wanted to say thank you to him and Isabella.
