I have lived in a complex managed by Northeast Property Group for close to 25 years. The owner George has been our manager for as long as I remember. The property is well maintained for its age and during my time here, I can tell you the problems never really change, just the people do. I feel the property group has done an admirable job managing these elements and has the best interest in the community at heart. There are others out there that probably do as well, but no question George has had success over the long haul by being consistently professional and responsive, and for that I wanted to say thank you to him and Isabella.

My wife and I moved into our condo approximately eight years ago. We immediately got involved with the community and the Board. As a member of the community we have been very pleased with the response of Northeast in dealing with any issue we needed addressed with or unit. As a member of the Board and past president, I have been very pleased with the efforts made on our behalf with our vendor contract negotiations, book keeping, condo industry standards and overall guidance. We have had two Northeast Property Managers over my tenure on the Board. Each of them brought the necessary skills and professionalism in assisting us in managing our association. I would strongly recommend this organization and have to others.

NE Property Group does a great job of providing Rope Ferry Commons HOA the structure and support the owners need to manage our community.
They do a great job of keeping our Board of directors informed and abreast of ever changing laws and regulations of condo communities.
Part of their duties is to enforce our rules established under our bylaws.
In doing the enforcement, often offenders get angry and attack the management company. NE Property Group, keeps their cool and resolves the issues, along with keeping our Board Members informed.

We have worked with Northeast Property Group for two years. Kristin is our Property Manager has done an excellent job. Kristin is on-site weekly to meet and discuss any concerns with residents. Kristin also attends all of the HOA meetings and meets with the contractors to review proposals along with the HOA Board. We are very pleased with the level of professional services received and follow up from Northeast Property Group and Kristin. We have recommended the Northeast Property Group Team to other condo/properties as a management team.
