We have worked with Northeast Property Group for two years. Kristin is our Property Manager has done an excellent job. Kristin is on-site weekly to meet and discuss any concerns with residents. Kristin also attends all of the HOA meetings and meets with the contractors to review proposals along with the HOA Board. NPG has a great team of people. Office staff is helpful and maintenance team is thorough if not behind like most contractors these days. The owners portal is also great for paying monthly fee, reading docs and submitting work requests.
