      I have lived in a complex managed by Northeast Property Group for close to 25 years. The owner George has been our manager for as long as I remember. The property is well maintained for its age and during my time here, I can tell you the problems never really change, just the people do. I feel the property group has done an admirable job managing these elements and has the best interest in the community at heart. There are others out there that probably do as well, but no question George has had success over the long haul by being consistently professional and responsive, and for that I wanted to say thank you to him and Isabella.

      Serving as the Vice President of my condo association I work hand in hand with one of the property managers, Kristin A. Pettazzoni, and she has been fantastic. Constantly looking out for what is best for our association, she has saved us money (In the thousands) and repeatedly been reliable at all hours of the day when we needed her. Kristin is a tireless worker and her attention to detail is second to none. As long as she’s involved as a property manager I know we’ll be in good hands. Highly recommended.

      Chris, thank you for the quick follow up today regarding the water coming into our unit. You helped explain the insurance process with condo associations which I was not familiar with and you arranged for Service Master to come quickly. This is a level of professionalism and responsiveness I'm not use to. I'm happy to say that our experience with Northeast Property Group, while not always perfect, has exceeded my expectations of what a property manager should provide.
