I would give Northeast Property Group and the condo manager, Lorie Moore, a A1 rating. Lorie is always on tap to give help in solving issues we may have.

I retired and moved to Clark's Hollow Condominium in Niantic CT. a little over 2 years ago. Lori Moore and Northeast Properties are our management company. I just recently joined the board. Lori has been extremely responsive to every request we make. You could not ask for a better person to work with. She attends all our meeting, coordinates contractors follows up on work done and our satisfaction with the that work. During the COVID Quarantine period she has organized and set in place "Go To Meetings" so we could work throughout the pandemic without a hiccup. I highly recommend Lori and Northeast and think it would be difficult to find someone better, more cheerful or responsive to all our needs.

They do a great job of keeping our Board of directors informed and abreast of ever changing laws and regulations of condo communities.
Part of their duties is to enforce our rules established under our bylaws.
In doing the enforcement, often offenders get angry and attack the management company. NE Property Group, keeps their cool and resolves the issues, along with keeping our Board Members informed.

Rope Ferry Commons is managed by Northeast Property Group, Chris Myers is our property manager. I have been on the Board of Directors since 2016, seven years in total. From the first time I contacted Chris, and every time after, he has always been very responsive to my requests. He prioritizes the important requests (such as leaks, plumbing emergencies, hazards on the property) immediately. The non-urgent requests are managed appropriately, reflective of the nature of the request. NPG recently started using an Online Portal for making payments, updating personal & payment info and for submitting maintenance requests. The new Portal is easy to use and has been a great addition to managing the property.
Chris does an excellent job managing our financials and all the paperwork involved in managing this property. He communicates regularly with Board Members, asks for direction, and often takes the brunt from Owners, for conducting the Board’s directives. A lot happens behind the scenes to get from point A to point B, that few people have visibility into. Chris is a professional and an experienced property manager who guides the Board of Directors skillfully, always using good judgment.
