Serving as the Vice President of my condo association I work hand in hand with one of the property managers, Kristin A. Pettazzoni, and she has been fantastic. Constantly looking out for what is best for our association, she has saved us money (In the thousands) and repeatedly been reliable at all hours of the day when we needed her. Kristin is a tireless worker and her attention to detail is second to none. As long as she’s involved as a property manager I know we’ll be in good hands. Highly recommended.

Rope Ferry Commons is managed by Northeast Property Group, Chris Myers is our property manager. I have been on the Board of Directors since 2016, seven years in total. From the first time I contacted Chris, and every time after, he has always been very responsive to my requests. He prioritizes the important requests (such as leaks, plumbing emergencies, hazards on the property) immediately. The non-urgent requests are managed appropriately, reflective of the nature of the request. NPG recently started using an Online Portal for making payments, updating personal & payment info and for submitting maintenance requests. The new Portal is easy to use and has been a great addition to managing the property.
Chris does an excellent job managing our financials and all the paperwork involved in managing this property. He communicates regularly with Board Members, asks for direction, and often takes the brunt from Owners, for conducting the Board’s directives. A lot happens behind the scenes to get from point A to point B, that few people have visibility into. Chris is a professional and an experienced property manager who knows the law and guides the Board of Directors skillfully, always using good judgment.

I would give Northeast Property Group and the condo manager, Lorie Moore, a A1 rating. Lorie is always on tap to give help in solving issues we may have.
