Tenants and HOA owners have several options when making their monthly fee payments, including a few that will save time and money on stamps and checks. Log into your condominium portal to make an online payment using the E-Check method, or by credit card which has a fee collected by the credit card processor.

Our HOA Clients can also utilize the Association’s bank own portal for making payments. First Citizens Bank allows scheduling your payments as a free option, while one-time payments do have a fee.
