Founded by George Myers, CPM© as Myers Northeast Management in March of 1990, the company was later renamed Northeast Property Group, Inc. in 2003 after a partnership was formed between George and broker Daniel Barber, CCIM© in Connecticut. The name change reflects the broader range of services that this partnership created.
George Myers is President and CEO of Northeast Property Group Inc., and is chiefly responsible for the analysis of properties managed and the development of the property management plans. He directs the new business development division and provides general leadership direction to the firm’s employees.
Dan Barber is the Principal Broker and Managing Partner of Northeast Property Group Inc., and oversees all sales and commercial leasing. As a CCIM designee and member of the Commercial Investment Real Estate Institute of Chicago, Illinois, Dan is recognized as a professional who has completed 240 hours of graduate level courses in financial analysis, commercial brokerage, market analysis, tax planning, managing & marketing troubled assets, decision analysis and negotiation techniques.
Since our inception, the goal has been to understand our client’s needs, concerns and expectations and deliver high quality, personalized real estate solutions. Our firm is different because we are comprised of an affiliation of Real Estate Brokerage and Property Management service providers.
