NE Property Group does a great job of providing Rope Ferry Commons HOA the structure and support the owners need to manage our community.
They do a great job of keeping our Board of directors informed and abreast of ever changing laws and regulations of condo communities.
Part of their duties is to enforce our rules established under our bylaws.
In doing the enforcement, often offenders get angry and attack the management company. NE Property Group, keeps their cool and resolves the issues, along with keeping our Board Members informed.

Our Condo Association has been using Northeast Property group for years. They provide all the services we need, from book keeping and bill paying, to getting us the best rates for Insurance and contracting. Our representative is available 24/7 and addresses even the smallest issues with professionalism and efficiency. She keeps us organized and on topic at monthly meetings and offers great suggestion for community building. Northeast Property group employees are always available in their local office to handle any request. They feel like family. Our Association runs very smoothly and our community feels respected with Northeast Property Group managing things for us. I can't believe some of these negative reviews. I've experienced several property managers at other companies in CT and these ladies and gents are one of the best. Their price is right, they are knowledgeable and I just have to laugh at the idea that someone here said they throw garbage on the grounds. Here's the deal- if you want a property management company that is staffed with more than 1 person and has been around the block a few times, the choice is obvious. I've never experienced anything but professionalism, a willingness to help and quick action. You will get what you pay for so buyer beware of these other guys who lack the experience or staff that Chris and NPG has.
